AE Farms - Anderson Erickson (AE) Dairy was founded in 1930 and purchased for $15,000, just one year after the stock market crash of 1929 and is based in Des Moines, Iowa but serves Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. AE Dairy is one of the few remaining independent dairies in the nation.
Boyle's Corned Beef - Only choice quality cuts from the best steers meet Boyle's exacting standards. Slow cooking and smoking in our computer controlled state of the art Alkar ovens brings out all the flavor of our fine choice meats. Through every step of production, Boyle's combines advanced equipment with master workmanship to prepare the finest processed meats on the market.
Clearheart Spirits - Clearheart Spirits are produced by Cedar Ridge Winery & Distillery located in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Cedar Ridge features the first licensed distillery in the state of Iowa since the age of prohibition.

Court Avenue Brewing Company - Is Des Moines' Original Brewpub since 1996 located in downtown Des Moines, IA.
Graziano Brothers Sausages - Produces homemade Italian Sausages just south of downtown Des Moines on 1601 South Union St.
Jasper Winery - Is an "Estate Style" winery located just minutes from downtown Des Moines that specializes in premium quality wines using grapes sourced from vineyards throughout central Iowa.
La Mie Bakery - Established in 2003, La Mie is a favorite Des Moines neighborhood bakery and café.
La Quercia Artisan Cured Meats (La Kwair-cha) - Makes artisan cured meats using the best possible ingredients, produced responsibly, and crafted by hand into something that expresses appreciation for the beauty and bounty of Iowa. Produced in Norwalk, Iowa, La Quercia’s products are served in many of the world’s finest restaurants.
Maytag Dairy Farms - Since 1941, Maytag has been producing one of the world’s greatest cheeses in Newton, Iowa. Maytag Blue is acclaimed by cheese experts and food editors as America's finest blue cheese.
Millstream Brewery - Is Iowa's Oldest Microbrewery since 1985 located in Amana Colonies, IA.
Musser White Cheddar - Rufus Musser is owner of Milton Creamery in Milton, Iowa. In 2002, Rufus was approached by two Amishmen, who wondered if he would buy their milk and make cheese. After four years of research, numerous discussions, and lots of hard work, they made their first batch of cheese on May 8, 2006. Milton Creamery currently is picking up milk at five farms three times a week, which brings in 18,000 to 20,000 pounds of milk per week.
Prairie Organic Vodka - Is crafted on the Minnesota prairie by a fifth-generation family of spirit makers in partnership with a co-op of over 900 farmers. Prairie is distilled from #2 yellow corn that is certified both organic and kosher.
Rotella's Italian Bakery - Specializes in breads and rolls made from ingredients that ensure products superior in appearance and nutrition. The mission of Rotella's Italian Bakery is to masterfully blend old world skill and experience with modern efficiencies to provide the very best in high quality breads and rolls.
Sweet Binney's - Des Moines' premiere pastry shop owned and operated by Chef Ryan and his wife Stephanie Binney. Their made-from-scratch desserts and breakfast pastries focus on melding high quality ingredients and bold flavors with dessert and pastry artistry.
Templeton Rye - When Prohibition outlawed the manufacture and sale of alcoholic beverages in 1920, many enterprising residents of the small town of Templeton, Iowa chose to become outlaws – producing a high caliber and much sought-after whiskey known as Templeton Rye. Al Capone’s favorite drink, Templeton Rye has only recently been made available legally for the first time.
Wild Rose Pastures - Was formed by Janice and Ryan Marquardt on March 13, 2007. They believe in raising chemical-free, antibiotic-free animals who live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. They bought 40 acres north of Pella, IA in December of 2007 and moved in May. In 2009 they are raising over 600 broilers and 140 turkeys.
Moberg Gallery - BOS features a gypsum relief wall sculpture exhibiting scenes of Italian villages by Tom Moberg, a Des Moines artist. This was retained from the former restaurant Guido's and hand-colored to reflect the spirit of the Des Moines area.
